I installed an SSD Kingston A2000 1TB in my acer nitro 5 an515, every so often when I update the games either in the epic games store or steam, the ssd disconnects itself, to fix this situation I have to restart and enter the bios and then exit, and return to the sdd will appear.
Someone who knows a solution or cause of the error.
Thanks in advance

@IvezGod try to take that SSD out and put it in again. Check if the SSD if it has a thermal pad or not(Usually the thermal pad is on the bottom cover). NVMe is likely to overheat during large file writing without a thermal pad.

@IvezGod can you tell the model number of the laptop and the picture of that SSD that you have installed? I suspect that the thermal pad was missing or not placed correctly and make the SSD overheats when the game is installing.
