I'm just sharing the way that I found out to solve the overheating issue on the newest Helios 300.
My Helios 300 (2021) come with:
i7-10870h
RTX 2060
I heard most of the users said that the newest helios 300 with bios 1.09 and above were facing bios lock for undervolting but there's another way to solve it. First, go to Control Panel ➡️ System and Security ➡️ Power Options ➡️ Change when the computer sleeps (on the left side) ➡️ Change advanced power settings ➡️ Processor power management (click on the small '+' at the side) ➡️ Maximum processor state ➡️ click on Plugged in ➡️ change from 100% to 98% ➡️ Finished. Now go play some games and see the temperature difference

Don't do that. That basically locks your cpu at the base clock. Heres a very better solution: first, make sure your pc is still undervolted (some users are reporting that after some windows updates, the factory undervolt of -0.128 that the device comes with is gone). You can use hwmonitor.
Second, download trottlestop (don't try to do it with intel xtu, because it will remove your factory undervolt) and lock the cpu at 3.6 gigaheartz. That will reduce the temperatures pretty well (by 5~7 degrees) with almost no fps drop. If you lock your cpu at the base clock of 2.6 gigaheartz, the fps will drop up to 40%.
    Not worth it.

And you can reduce even more. If you reduce to 3.2 gigaheartz, the temperatures will reduce way more (up to 15 degrees).
Of course you will already see a little difference in the fps.
And for the ones that had the factory undervolt removed, heres the solution:
If you installed intel xtu and uninstalled it, the factory undervolt will be gone. So for that cases, all you need to do is go to the acer product support website. Find your product and go to applications. Download predator service and open the setup. Remove your predator service WITHOUT REBOOTING YOUR SYSTEM. then open setup again. It will now reinstall predator service. Now reboot your system. Now go to hwmonitor and see if the undervolt is there.
