Hi,
I have a problem with the Google Assistant on my Spin 514 Chromebook. I haven't the Google Assistant option in Settings. Why? Acer wrote in the description of this model that the Spin 514 supports the Google Assistant.

Do you have to install it maybe?

Maybe, but how? I wrote to Acer support, they told me to send a screenshot of the system settings and version. I am waiting for a response.

Which Spin 514 model do you have? It should be in the same sticker as the SN and SNID, something like CP514-xxx-xxxx.

Thank you for that, it looks like that model is new enough that the Service Guide hasn't yet been released. I'll escalate to the moderators to see if they can get it for us.

    Thanks.

I made experiment. My original language is polish. I changed language in Chrome OS for English and it turned out that Google Assistant is available. I enabled and configured it and all worked perfectly. When I changed language for polish Google Assistant disappeared. It looks like polish language is not supported. But it's strange because I don't have any problems with Google Assistant on my Pixel 4a. Google Assistant support polish language from many years.

Ah, that actually makes some sense... My guess is Google has just not rolled out the version that supports the landscape screens fully. The phone versions expect the screens to be portrait oriented.
