Keyboard and mouse not responding P03-620)

Hi Guys, can anyone help, I've got an orion 3000 (P03-620) on startup I'm getting keyboard error message, now when Windows 11 boots up I can't use my keyboard or mouse, I've tried 3 different keyboards in all the different usbs with no luck, I'm also unable to enter bios because of this
What is strange is that when I put an hard drive or USB pen drive in these work so the usbs seem to be working, I've tried everything I can think of is there any one out there come across this and may have a solution. Thanks.

    Check your USB port is working

    Sometimes a USB port can just stop working when you upgrade to a new version of Windows. Usually it’s because of a driver problem. You should always check for this problem first.

    Fortunately it’s easy to test: simply unplug the keyboard from the USB port and plug in another USB device – like a mouse or an external hard-drive. If that device doesn’t work either, the USB port itself is the problem

    Adjust your keyboard settings

    Windows has a setting, called Filter Keys, that allows you to control how it deals with accidental repeated keystrokes. Unfortunately, if turned on, this setting has been known to cause some keyboards to stop working in Windows 10. So you should check if it’s turned on. If it is, you should turn it off and see if that resolves the problem.

    1) On your PC desktop, click the Action Center icon in the lower-right corner and click All settings. 

    2) Click Ease of Access.

    3) Click Keyboard. 

    4) Ensure Filter Keys is OFF, and close the window.

     Reinstall your keyboard driver

    If your keyboard driver has developed a fault, your keyboard may stop working. To fix it:

    1) Right-click the Start button, then click Device Manager. 

    2) Expand Keyboards then right-click Standard PS/2 Keyboard and click Uninstall. 

    3) When prompted to confirm, click OK. 

    4) Restart your computer after the uninstall. If the problem persists, it’s likely that your driver is outdated, rather than faulty

    Unfortunately I'm unable to use a mouse or keyboard so unable to change any settings.

    Does the keyboard work to get into the BIOS, then stop when Windows loads? If so it's not hardware... Try holding the F2 down while turning it on to see if it'll work long enough to get into the BIOS.

    Unfortunately not, I'm getting keyboard error on the  boot up screen, tried the f2 with no luck, I'm thinking it must be a faulty motherboard.

    It pretty much has to be if all USB ports are acting the same. The front and rear USB ports are on different internal buses...

    I'm sorry I have many questions but no real answers.

    • Did your PC come with Win 10 and worked just fine?
    • If you upgraded to win 11, did this problem start right after you upgraded to Win 11 or later?
    • Can you reinstall Win 10 or 11 from a USB stick or try repairing your installation?
    • I wonder what would happen if you used USB to PS/2 adapter and old and trusty PS/2 keyboard and mouse.
    • Can you make a "Windows on a USB stick" (portable Windows) and boot from it? Does KB and mouse work now?
    • Before the problem started, did you do any physical other upgrades on your PC? Removed any components, cables etc?
    It could be a hardware or driver/software issue.
