I've been researching getting a tablet for a while now and where I live options are limited. I stumbled on the w700 I3-2375m 64gb with the new flip keyboard case. Very appealing although I am not sure about the i3-2375m.

I realize its only 1.5ghz and may not be as fast as the ivy bridge one but is it really that bad?

Please advise.

Note. Options are very limited here in Baghdad and this is pretty much the best model available.

I have the i5 model.. but if you like horrible wifi and screen ghosting, go for it Smiley Very Happy

I bought mine January 2013 and I regret it now. I would go with an Acer notebook-style ultrabook instead. A 2lb tablet won't give you the true tablet feel you're probably looking for.

Hmm. Never heard about any ghosting issues.

The thing is I don't want an android tablet. Got one
I don't want an apple anything. Yuk.

So. I figured a windows tablet will do. This is not to say I like winblows 8.

If there were more metro style apps that would be fine.

I just wouldn't want you to make a purchase you'd regret like I did.
