Hi guys I am very sad to be here searching for info.
My predator died suddenly. I was working in Photoshop, the battery was draining and it asked me to plug it in. In doing so it suddenly turned off and has never turned on again.
I bought it on eBay less than 1 year ago, it has no warranty. So does anyone know of a safe and reliable place to repair it? I think is a motherboard problem. What do you guys think?

    Hi @abdeslam,

Are you getting any light indication when charger is connected.

    Hi @ DJMonchyMix
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Unplug the charger.
    3. At the bottom there will be a tiny pin hole with battery sign close to it take a pin or paper clip and insert into it hold that button for 20-30 seconds. Then turn ON the unit and check.
