Can't find information on my RAM set up: Acer Aspire 5: A515-56-7699

It has 12 GB of RAM of cer Aspire 5: A515-56-7699, what I want to know is: are there any open slots? Is that 12GB soldered or can I switch it out? What's the max GB of RAM the laptop can take?

It has one 4GB unreplaceable soldered RAM socket. And one replaceable RAM socket with one 8GB DDR4 sodimm module installed. You can replace the 8GB module with a 16GB DDR4 module 2666MHz or higher for a total max RAM of 20GB.
