Acer Aspire A515-55 - No access to UEFI/BIOS - Windows 10 does not boot

Hello, good afternoon.
I have an Aspire A515-55 laptop that was working properly with Windows 10.
However, the Operating System is no longer loading.
I have tried reinstalling the OS but when I press F10 to access Recovery Management nothing happens.
If I press F2 to access UEFI, the laptop hangs with the ACER logo.
Only F12 works, allowing me to boot from USB.
I have also tried combinations with the ALT and Fn keys without success, as well as using an external keyboard.
What other options are there to access UEFI or Recovery Management to return the laptop to factory defaults?

I can't remember if I left fastboot enabled. That may be the problem.0

Temporarily disconnect the boot drive. Can you access the BIOS menu now?

There is no other operating system on the laptop other than Windows 10.
I booted the laptop with a Hirens Boot Live USB.It recognizes the disk, the C: partition and the hidden rescue partition.JackE said:Temporarily disconnect the boot drive. Can you access the BIOS menu now?
It doesn't look like a hard drive error because it doesn't give that message; it just hangs with the ACER logo, not allowing access to the BIOS/UEFI (only the F12 key to select the boot device).

Yes, please temporarily disconnect the boot drive to see if you can access the BIOS menu.
