When I switch to tablet mode on my CP311-2H, sometimes the apps will swipe closed and other times not.  What's wrong?

    Hi @ Macumazhan
    1. Turn off your Chromebook.
    2. Press and hold Refresh + tap Power .
    3. When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh .

Thanks, but I tried this once and it didn't work. I'll try it again though.

I've tried the refresh while powering on several times to no effect.  Does anyone have other suggestions?  The problem is getting worse--most of the time the swipe to close an app in tablet mode is not working.

    Hi @Macumazhan,

    Check for updates yourself

    1. Turn on your Chromebook.
    2. Connect your Chromebook to Wi-Fi.
    3. At the bottom right, select the time.
    4. Select Settings .
    5. At the bottom of the left panel, select About Chrome OS.
    6. Under "Google Chrome OS," you'll find which version of the Chrome operating system your Chromebook uses.
    7. Select Check for updates.
    8. If your Chromebook finds a software update, it will start to download automatically.

Thanks for the suggestion, but I'm up to date.
