Please help!! I can't turn on my Acer C27 desktop. I already plug the cables and everything.

I've already plug in the cables. But when i press the power button, it didn't turn on. Usually, a blue light will appear when it is turn on, but it doesn't. Please help me! Before my father knows😞

    Did you do anything with the desktop?

    its worth checking everything, is the socket on, is it snug in the back , and is the power switch (if there is one) on the PSU on? If so, have you treid another cable

    Yup. I tried everything. Before the problem occured, i did something to the desktop. Im not sure what i pressed cuz i was finding a way to connect to my internet. So, i go to the device manager and did something (sorry i can't remember) but whatever it is, my internet is still not connected. So i shut down my desktop but i noticed the blue light is still on for a long time. So i forcibly unplug the cables and tried pressing the power button to turn on my desktop. But it won't.

    including a differnt cable? It could be a blown fuse in it. Does the PSU have a power switch? if so flick it to off, and hold down the power for around 10 seconds, then flick it back on and press power. When you press the power button do you hear anything at all spin up? (I know it sounds weird but sometimes it works)

    Also there isnt much you can do in device manager which can effect the power, but it could have been just yanking the cable, did it arc / shock at all?

    I don't use PSU. Instead, mine is powered by a power jack. I use Acer c27-963 aio

    Ahhh one of those with the external ones, rahter than on the brick it would just be off at the wall instead, unless you have tried holding and it is not working?

    And to confirm have you tried changing the kettle lead going into the PSU, and a differnt wall socket?  Does the power adapter get warm to the touch?

    If its not getting warm ann you have tried a differnt kettle lead and socket there isnt much else you can do im afraid :( something has fried and i would recoemend doing an RMA

    What's RMA? And how to do it?

    RMA is the process of contacting Acer for diagnostics and repair, you need to let your parents know about it! 

    Let them know and explain what happened, they may be annoyed at first but it sounds like it's bad luck rather than something done on purpose

    First check to verify the cable that fits between the 'brick' power supply and the wall is fully seated. It's easy for it to become loose when moving things around.

    Thnx for ur help! My dad already emailed them and they r coming few days later.☺️
