Hello,
I have had the helios 300 PH315-52 for about a year and half way through I started to experience problems where  I would be gaming and I would get crashes, initially I thought it was just random but it started happening more frequently. I checked these forums..tried the different methods mentioned in other threads (updating drivers, resetting to stock etc) but now it's to the point where 5 mins into any game the laptop freezes up and then crashes (i'm still able to talk on discord while it's frozen).
I've checked crash logs recently and i've seen these 2 different things :-1:
1. ACCStd has stopped working
2. windows power shell has stopped working
As I type this, I'm looking at the temperature  via predator sense and it seems to be pretty high for just idle 84degrees

Any advice would be appreciated

I've tried EVERYTHING, really I dont know what to do. If you found the solution to this problem I'd really appreciate if you tell me. Thank you!

DevonD Matetas most probably windows updates broke your windows OS so backup whatever you need and perform a stock recovery clean install ALT+F10 on boot and delete everything option after disable windows updates completely (windows update blocker) and only update whatever you need when needed manually from the manufacturer not via windows updates  good luck :)

    Hi @DevonD,

Try to uninstall and reinstall the game and check the issue.
