    (1) Uninstall chrome.
    (2) Uninstall non-Microsoft virus scanners
    (3) If it doesn't fix the issue, take machine back to IT center and tell them to fix it.

Stay with current BIOS unless you decide to go to Win11 since it doesn't address  any of your browser and slowness issues. The main problem is Chrome being a notorious memory hog. You definitely should not be running it at the same time you're trying to use Edge. If it was mine, I'd uninstall Chrome altogether and use Edge and/or FireFox which are much less resource hogs. I'd also uninstall, not just disable, any non-Microsoft scanners that are running in the background as they can really slow up on line activities. They are no longer needed by most users

I don't use chrome and edge in same time. I used them in different times. but it's lagging. After I reopen chrome then also lagging and after 3 or 4 times reopened thenafter it performed normally and then i can't see any lagging. why is that chrome lagging?
I have 8 GB DDR4 RAM and have lot of space also 1 TB HDD have. but it's not perform like that when i open chrome.
And this came after I gave my laptop for IT center when i bought this and I gave this because I had a black screen issue and they fix it. but after that it perform like this and sometimes stuck my laptop and it is disturbing my work and sometimes I afraid from this lag also. So please give me a solution.
