Aspire 5 Bluetooth connection to Pioneer SX S30

The Bluetooth connection to my Pioneer SX S30 from my new Aspire 5 only recognizes the headphone outlet on the receiver, not the actual speaker outlet which means I can't hear anything! Other devices don't have this problem.

With the pioneer paired, right click on the speaker icon in the tray. Click open sound settings. Click sound control panel in right pane. Please post a screehshot of box that pops up.

    Hi Jack

I seem to have solved the problem although not quite sure how. The pioneer audio device still shows up as headphones but now there is audio, after several pairing and depairing sequences and using the test function somewhere in the audio settings which your post led me to. Thanks!

Congrats on your success. Sometimes it takes a bit of time for everything to be recognized. Sometime a bit of magic helps too. Thanks for reporting back. :)
