Hi, has anyone any ideas how to make the monitor's built-in camera work on a MacBook Pro?

The monitor itself works, and I am not afraid to install different drivers, etc. Maybe someone has tried to do this before (and succeeded?, maybe someone has some previous experience?

Any advice would be much apreciated, thank you :)

Your Acer B247Y monitor has a specific “Camera Driver (IR webcam FX23FF-624H-2)” for windows only using a Mac OS is not supported and this is the problems that you will encounter if you use the Mac OS system with most new hardware as Mac is obsolete  get real and use windows =)=)=)

No need for a flame war... Macs should work fine with the normal USB webcam, the driver just adds support for the IR face detection used in Windows Hello. It should work in the non-IR mode with the Mac, since Macs don't yet support facial recognition.
