On the letter M there is a white led instead of blue

    Is this a problem? Frankly, I can't see much difference in color between M and the other keys. Jack E/NJ

    If it bothers you too much, return it to the vendor for a refund or exchange before the vendor's RMA returns policy period expires. Usually only a few weeks. ACER warranty service to change keyboard will take longer. Jack E/NJ

    If it was mine & seemed too bright, I'd simply dim the light with a small piece of colored tape. Jack E/NJ

    I have the answer. Under the letter there is a painted contour. It simply peeled. Cannot be repaired
