Hang Problem on my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-52

Hi, my laptop having issue about hang problem. I'm think is my HDD make laptop slow so I sent to the laptop repair store to repair (including install a SSD), and after done for repair, they said '' at first time we also facing hang problem to install SSD but after 4 days so far doesn't have it, we not sure is motherboard having problem or not, at least it's fine now. If you still facing the hang problem, just sent to us for repair''. When I get back my laptop to start my work, it still have this issue, I don't know what can I do ? Is my motherboard or BIOS have issue ? Pls help  :'(

    Did you sent it to acer repair center ?

    Yes, I did. But after that, I have facing black screen problem with vertical line on the screen, and I only can do is force shutdown...

    Sorry I'm wrong typing. Unfortunately no, because the Acer repair store is so far away from my house, I can't go there to repair, so I go to the nearest repair store to repair >.<

    Nice, thanks for the best answer (Did you send it to Acer service center)...... I was gonna go there to check but I want to ask more information before know nothing about this issue. Fine, I'll find some time to go there better than wasting my time to ask a question on here, and thanks mate, I really appreciate "your help" (-_-メ)......
