Why won't my nitrosense work?

in Windows 11
My Nitrosense wasn't working for a while. It stopped working on Windows 10, I updated to Windows 11 and it still isn't working. I tried to uninstall/reinstall but it won't open after reinstalling.

    My bet is a bawked library, happens from time to time, as a guess , try installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Update 3 RC from MS, extract the installer and run the appx files separately, reboot, and see if that brings it back 

    Windows 11 may have removed some of the older libraries that nitro is looking for
