Travelmate P246 series MG 567G won't starting

it won't turn on but these light are on

    I can't see which light is lit on the front of your laptop. The TravelMate P246-MG has two lights there, a power status and a battery status. Which one is lit? The color looks like it is likely amber... Is it blinking or solid? If blinking is it a slow blink (1 sec on, 3 sec off) or a fast blink (1 sec on, 1 sec off)?
