Hi can anyone help me? My son has an Acer Nitro monitor which he is had since last December. He noticed over the last few days that he can only change the refresh rate to 60 htz maximum whereas before he could change it up to 144hz. The model is ACER - Nitro VG271Pbmiipx Full HD 27" IPS LCD Gaming Monitor. He has tried searching for an answer on the internet but so far nothing he has tried has worked. Does this sound like something to do with the monitor or the pc itself? He’s driving me mad about it! Thanks

Most likely to do with the GPU settings on the PC.

What PC and GPU does he have? Which version of the GPU drivers and utility software?

NVidia has a utility package that handles updates and configuration for you. IIRC it's called GeForce Experience. See if that's running...
