DO WE NEED TO PAY MOR MONEY FOR MORE QUALITY CONTROL?! PREDATOR HELIOS 300

ACER PREDATOR LINE IS REALY EYE CATCHING..
From reviews.. ACER PREDATOR line is a one the best laptops you could ever acquire,
As for me I saw that it was clearly obvious, For honesty acer predator Helios 300 is a work of art!! For real it's a very eye catching product,
However.. and sadly However!,
Why In Egypt "my country".. there is a so bad reputation about acer products and it's services In general..!,
whenever any one asks for an opinion about buying acer product there is only one "strict" answer and some times it comes out from computer shop owners or online stores themselves which is: "PLEASE
DON'T, OR buy on your own responsibility, and If it's your first experience DO NOT GO BIG! just try mid rang first, and there laptops some times malfunctions in a
very bad way!"

I always thought that all this was just exaggerations and only no more than individual cases Until it happened to me personally, my acer predator Helios 300 .
Just why?!..

Of course with all respect and appreciation to engineers and tech Support and customer service for your continuous efforts to evolve,

BUT WAS it so hard for you to inspect a laptop if it's even boots normally before shipping it?!, Please answer me was that so hard, you really embarrassed me among my friends and people around me that own other brands, some of their silly comments and giggles are still ringing in my ears!

Now how come I go for the predator Helios 500 and take this risky risk if your normal mid rang if some of your products is questionable?!

now please don't delete this or at least take it as a feedback!

    I suggest going to the ACER international warranty page to see if it can qualify for support. If not, I suggest sending a PM to one of the ACER moderators from the 'Who's online' icons listed below for guidance on your issue. Hover the mouse over the first few icons and look for usernames with an ACER-'first name' for moderators. Since it was purchased from the US, I suggest that you should also go to this link , enter your machine's serial number ID (SNID) and get on the chatline with an ACER representative to discuss the issues that you have.

    Hey Amr_Faroukk11 what is the problem with your laptop? You go on about your friend’s blah blah but you don’t say what is wrong? Allot of these complaints are because people really don’t know how to use and maintain they laptops or desktops. Tell us exactly what is wrong with your laptop as we are NOT ACER this is an Acer community that helps consumers and creates talkative points in regards to Acer products! Btw, I’ve owned Acer products for the last 20+ years and whatever the rumours in Egypt are about Acer they are not true and/or correct especially if you talk to experienced technicians that repair laptops and desktops as YOU NEED TO KNOW HOW TO USE AND MAINTAIN A LAPTOP OR DESKTOP otherwise things don't fix themselves and/or a problem magically goes away! A you can see allot of people have problems but that does not mean that Acer or any other manufacturers are no good.

    hello, I'm glad you asked :)
    how ever I'm not In a good mood for debates :)
    But briefly when you buy a brand new laptop there is obvious thing you should expect from it like ex: "that.. it.. is.. "Functional :blush: ..!"", At least when there is a decent quality control if one just bother to push the power button he would have noticed that there was something off!!, some one is saying "friend’s and blah blah blah " would he be complaining that his laptop it isn't baking pizza! :grin: ,Oh god was that really top of mind!, for god sake people, of course because the laptop is malfunctioning.

    I'm so glade that I didn't go for the Helios 500 or Please Imagine How I would be disappointed if something went wrong

    hello,
    I know them and they told me "You bought it from US you Fix it in US" once you repair it here in Egypt you are out of warranty and laptop will be fixed but cost is on you !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D 
    a laptop that is brand new and with it's warranty I pay for fixing a malfunction that I received the laptop with it, how hilarious   
    I bought the lap from US, because it's not yet available in my country and still not available,
    I thought if I bought it from US it would have more restrictedly quality control.. guess I was wrong, wasn't I?
