Is m.2 or NVMe SSD compatible to my Acer Aspire E5-476G-38MH and can I clone my OS (Windows 10)?

I am using Acer Aspire E5-476G-38MH, I am just so confused because which type of SSD is applicable to my laptop. I just research and found a slot where can I plug in m.2 or NVMe. I just want to make sure if this is compatible my laptop. Also,can I clone my OS to this kind of SSDs?

You must check the m.2 socket on your mainboard to see if it has only one M-key as shown in the left image below, NOT two. If it has only one, then you can use either an m.2 NVME card or an m.2 SATA card. The NVME card may be about twice as fast as the SATA card.
