While using my Acer Aspire AIO PC C27-1655, the screen suddenly turns black. I tried to power on again, there was no response. Tried other power sockets also failed.  Can anyone help me please? Thank you so much!

Do you see any indication things are wanting to turn on? Hear fan noises or beeps?

As billsey is saying are the fans working? Are there any lights on? As it could be an LCD failure or a power circuitry problem within the motherboard that needs to be diagnosed by a technician, give us more details as power problems especially cannot be fixed by a consumer!

When trying to switch on the PC, the blue power-on light shows but there is no beeping or fan sound. Tried pressing the power button again but there was no response and no sound. May I know what could be the cause of the problem? Thank you.

I'd guess the first step is to diagnose the power circuit. If the PSU has failed you might have enough juice to run the LED but not enough to run anything else. If you get no fan noise or beeps then it's not getting far enough to power any of that up, so we likely don't have to look at the software side of things.

Old thread I know but we have a customer to whom it happened twice on same model. We had to remove the CMOS battery and put it back in place in order for the system to reboot properly.
