Acer e5-575g-57d4 to supply external monitor 3440x1440 144hz?

Hello, I might get a chance to get monitor of 3440x1440 at 144hz but my Acer e5-575g-57d4 has to run it. Obviously games are out of question but it's for office work and "officially" it doesn't support it. I could reduce display hz to 100-120 region.

Anyway, as I see this laptop has:
1.4 HDMI (the regular, not 1.4b);
3.1 Gen1 Type-C (up to 5gbs) - this makes me question, because next to the port the icon has dot instead of SS letters that indicate this.

While officially 1.4 HDMI doesn't support higher than 60hz in reality it did, while officially type-c gen1 doesn't support video out it did (through type-c hub).
I think I would buy type-c hub that takes HDMI of 4k@60hz and connects to laptop/PC via type-c. Unless HDMI alone in this PC could pull this off.

Anyone has any experience? I don't plan buying any new laptop and desktop with current out of MSRP pricing is out of question too.
