Hello guy's, I am here for someone to help me with my Acer Aspire A315-32. The problem with it is that whenever I press the power on button it doesn't turn on or doesn't show the power light but my charger works whenever I plug it in and it also shows the charger light. Can someone please help me with this problem. Thanks

Have you checked your power button settings? Is this an issue recently happened after some kind of hardware or software update?

    Hi AndrewI,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.
