i bought this laptop a little over a year ago and its just past warranty, so i did a bunch of deleting and disabling that made me end up resetting the pc completely and i ended up deleted all files that came with factory. its intel i7 10th gen 10750h with rtx 2060  after all my research i think after the first reset the intel and nvidia drivers were conflicting with each other. please if anyone could help, my pc still runs but i have to start throttle stop within like 10 seconds of start up because my cpu instantly hits 4.8gzh at idol

im sorry but i did not know how to come out and say. I was trying to read up same spec models but was coming up with conflicting results. I also wanted to be able to inform anyone who wanted to help me. ill be honest with ya i played it hard for a year already. the warranty expired 2 months ago. and i have upgraded the base ram sticks with another 2x16gb crucial DDR4 3200. i have a fresh clean install of windows at the moment but I can not get a drive to back up anything. I did 2 hard resets last night and got rid of all my restore points that i though were safe but the auto updates that Intel kept giving me was conflicting with NVIDIA. i just want to calm down from all this because im just a stay at home dad and i feel like i was getting some where now i wont download anything till i get a clean back up drive so i can play without worry.

my apologies for the unorthodox response.i can normally find a fix myself. i found out i can just power-save like crazy by rolling my acer firmware back to 1.06. but there's still instability there and im scared to take it out of power saving. But I can't enjoy the 90-100 consistent frames I was getting on the game called "Escape From Tarkov". Would love to get back in it sometime soon !
