My Acer Aspire 5 A515-51G is frequently showing No Bootable Device Error. I am using an SSD as a bootable Device and the Boot mode is UEFI with AHCI Mode. I don't know the reason for that error to pop up. Can anyone assist me??

It could mean the SSD connector to the mainboard simply needs to be re-seated a few times help clean its contacts. Unplug the charger and disconnect the battery pack from the mainboard before trying this.

I have done this several times. The problem was started to appear when I tried to set up clean windows. After installing the windows it appears 2-3 times when I was installing software likes PhotoShop, MS Office.  But the problem is not occurring now for several hours.

Hold on!! You didn't mention this before. What do you mean 'set up clean Windows'? Did you set up  a clean generic Microsoft Windows version or a clean ACER OEM Windows version that is mean for your proprietary ACER mainboard? They are not the same!

Sorry for the delayed response. I was traveling to another place.

Just Installing Windows 10 Pro, and delete all the files on drives, nothing more.

Intermittent boot errors like this suggests re-seating the boot drive connectors a few times to help clean its contacts might resolve the issue. If it's a mechanical boot drive, you might also want to run the system file checker from the command prompt 'SFC /scannow'

I have opened my laptop and re-seat the SSD 3-4 times, it happened today too. I turn on the laptop, after 4-5 minutes later the Laptop showing the same error. After 2-3 minutes later when I turn On the Laptop again, then there is no problem. And the error not showed for that time being.

When the error occurred the SSD is not shown in the BIOS. But after 2-3 minutes later when I turn On the Laptop again, the SSD is shown in the BIOS and the laptop is not showing the error. After showing the error 2-3 times, the laptop is running smoothly.

When this happens is the SSD not shown in the BIOS Information tab?

No, when the error occurred the SSD is not shown in the BIOS. But after 2-3 minutes later when I turn On Laptop again, it boots up without an error.

If SSD is not shown in BIOS INFORMATION tab when this happens, it is an intermittent SSD power failure. This is usually due to dirty connectors or a cracked or loose solder connection either on the SSD or on the mainboard.

I am using the SSD for a year, but I am facing this issue now. Sometimes it occurred after 4-5 minute uses. Sometimes it doesn't appear for a day.

Okay. Yesterday I again Reseated the SSD with the motherboard and the error is not occurring for a day. Hoping this will work.

This often happens when ambient humidity is high. You might have to reseat occasionally as sort of a regular maintenance procedure. Wiping the contacts with rubbing alcohol and drying with a soft cloth sometimes helps. Good luck. Thanks for reporting back.
