Hello. I have a  an aspire e15 laptop and someimes the wifi disconnects. When that happens it is as if it had disappeared from the computer. I cannot even search for networks, all i can do is switch into flight mode! The solution is to reboot and then all is fine. Any ideas? Thanks

    Hi @jmsantos

You can try to re install the network drivers and you can try to reboot the laptop for once and check with it.

Unable to Delete Network Adapter in Windows 10

But make sure you uninstall the correct drivers.

Hope it will help you in some way.

Ok... But if I uninstall the drivers I will lose internet access. How will the pc find them again after reboot?

    Hi @jmsantos

We restart the computer to re install the uninstalled drivers. There won't be any problem in doing it.

    Hope this will help you.

I did it. For now everything OK. Let's see if the problem recurs. Thanks a lot

When that happens do this before you try anything else and see if it reactivates your WiFi/BT? Press key F3 or both keys F3 and Fn, this is NOT while booting your computerbut but when its logged into Windows and see if that works. The F3 key is a specific On/Off key designated for this.

I happened again. Went to device manager, to the Qualcomm Atheros adapter and there was a warning: windows closed it because there were problems - code 43.

    Any clues?

From what I read code 43 is a hardware problem, usually. Meaning that I will have to buy an adaptor and swap it.
    Any advice?

Hi, I have an acer laptop model e5 571, but I changed Windows and reinstalled Windows 8.1, and its Wi-Fi is down, and I only have access to its airplane mode, and Bluetooth. Thank you for your help.
