Critical Battery Low - Nitro AN515-57

Hi
My laptop doesnt start and it throws Critical Battery Low error when i hit the power button. When I plug in the AC supply, charging LED doesnt turn on. I have Nitro AN515-57, I dont see battery restart pin hole, I tried pressing the power button for 15 mins.
No luck Any help?

The charger or its wires are probably defective. Check output voltage between charger plug's center hole and outer barrel with a multimeter. Should be at least 15volts DC.
