Windows does not see the microphone from the headphones - nitro 5 43

aser nitro 5 43 laptop, Hator Hyperpunk HTA-820 headphones. I updated the driver whether it was enabled or not, nothing helps. Help with this problem! The microphone works with the telephone.

    Hi @HargX,

    Select Start , then select Settings > System > Sound . In Input, ensure your microphone is selected in Choose your input device.

    Acer laptops don't separate headset mic --- it will be lumped with the laptop internal mic. It is NOT a separate item --- it will be just called something like Realtek Mic Array.

    Set it as headset in Realtek Audio Console, then lightly tap your headset mic --- the signal meter (that is called Realtek Mic Array) should jump (which means your headset mic is working).

    Did you set it to headset in the Realtek Audio Console?
