I have an AN515-54 and randomly picking up the laptop or bumping it too hard causes the screen and the keyboard to go black for half a second. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hi @tobeforgotten
check if there is a pin 📌hole at the bottom of the unit. Put a small pin inside and press and hold the pin for 30sec.  If there is no pin hole then press the power button for 12sec. Remember to remove your charger when you do that.

    Hi @ToBeForgotten,

Try to update the display drivers and BIOS version and check.

@Easwar I updated the bios a few days ago to see if it would fix the problem. all drivers are up to date and problem still persists
  • Does the same problem occur when you use the notebook on battery power only?
