    Well, actually this program is not about network security, it provides a possibility to use digital signatures and bunch of things related to it. Basically, one can use this software not for work, though I doubt somebody does. And it is proprietary, and what makes things worse - it seems (I'm not sure) that it is necessary to buy license again if you update the program. And it had to be updated to update Windows itself. But it is interesting that Microsoft has included a very detailed error description on this specific program in their updater (I didn't surf the internet, it was just there).
