I need help, urgent, since I first booted this computer for the first time the problems started. It gave a bluescreen after installing windows but I didn't think much of it. I thought it was gonna fix itself after getting all the correct drivers, but it didn't. it's been almost a month since I got this computer and I've tried everything to fix the BSOD but when I think I fixed one issue I get a different code: Among the most frequent codes:

PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA
FAULTY HARDWARE CORRUPTED PAGE
MEMORY MANAGEMENT.

Attached is the latest memory dmp.

@TheWolf first try a battery powerdrain followed by a bios setup defaults if not solved backup whatever u need and perform a stock recovery clean install to completely rule out any software issues also disable windows updates permanently if the issues persist after i would say it would be a hardware issue at this point contact acer support and send it back good luck :)

    TheWolf,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

Hello, thank you for your response and your interest in helping. I've already done multiple bios default settings reset to try and fix this issue in the past. I've basically tried all the easy fixed u can find in the first page of a google search about this issue.

Disconnect from AC press/hold the power button for 30s+ let it rest for 1/2h then boot into bios and reset setup to defaults if you already done it multiple times i suggest you perform a stock recovery clean install as i advised above but make sure to backup whatever you need first different bsods every time best case scenario your windows install its bugged and a clean install would solve it worst case could be faulty hardware if after a clean install the issue persists contact acer support and send it back good luck :)

Yeah I hope this solves the issue, 'cause I definitely can't send it back. The laptop crashes with a bluescreen every 12 hours or so. But I'm using it for work and It's the only computer I have. Sending it back is gonna be impossible because I am in Venezuela. It's gonna be too expensive, I can't afford it. I've also been told that they can take months to fix it. I can't wait that long. I might lose my job.

Done it like thrice already. I'm gonna try using a spare SSD I have here. If that works then the problem was always the SDD.

Found out the following: If I turn page filing off in all drives in system properties advanced it doesn't blue screen. (No blue screens in more than two days) As soon as I turned it back on in the main drive today. I had an instant BSOD "PAGE FAULT IN NON PAGED AREA" So everything is pointing at the ssd being damaged from factory.
