Heating Issue helios 300 PH315-54

hi guys, so recently bought helios 300 i7-11th gen with rtx 3060. I used for a while the temp in idle was around 41-50 cwhile connected to the charger. i played warzone for 30min in turbo on, then i came out of the game the fan continuously spin at 3000+rpm , but before that it will be quiet after 1-2 min , but after that the temp is increased. I shutdown my laptop and waited for 20 min to cooldown as possible and turned on, and i clicked predator sense to check my temp, it was around 65c around and its slowly coming to 50, before that whenever i play games, it automatically goes down to 45 easily, but now it's not like that, I really worried abt that. Any idea you guys can say and help me out of it.

what is the exact model? example an515-51-58vh.

@Sollarasu the fans should be always on auto coolboost on optimize your windows and undervolt with TS if you havent done it already and if your temps arent above 85'ish cpu 70/75 dgpu (spikes are normal) youre fine if they are above you need to get it repasted with kryonaut or similar if youre able to without voiding your warranty otherwise send it back to acer to get it repasted with stock past (which wont do much anyways) good luck

Bios is upto date.. my laptop in idle is around 55-60c , it is fine or not? , but when I goes to firefox its reducing to 45c like that?

One thing I want mention that , whenever I open predator sense , the temp is increasing to 45-60, but when the cpu is 0% utilization, its is around 45c stable.

I guess my fan and temp are fine and @xapim said try to undervolt and repaste the thermals, but the 11th gen intel processor can't undervolt in TS, i'll do the thermal paste and give a answer to you guys..

Your temps are just fine but if youre able to without voiding your warranty repaste it its the best that can be done

hi Guys, I have predator PH315-54 11800H CPU and 3060 RTX. and the system temp in predator sense is way too high. I have around 80 to 82 degrees when just browsing web and idling.

Please suggest a solutions for this matter. I dont even gaming why my system temp is way too high.

Everyone's is high like that. I made a post recently to see if they can tell us what the system temperature probe actually is hardware wise. NO excuse for it to be so high while idling while the rest of the temps are proper and in range.

Thank you for your reply. I totally agreed with you. what do you think about this?
I am afraid high temp like this when laptop just idling is not good in long term. And Acer need to explain it and have a solution for this.
My hands feel warm when typing even on normal usage. I don't feel good about this high temp while just browsing and typing words.
