First it depends on how much RAM you have? As memory percentages adjusts to where its needed most, 56% memory is not high as my Nitro gets to 85% memory on high intensive usage. One way to fix it is to add more RAM, what is your exact Nitro 5 laptops model number? As most of these laptops have a total and max of 32GB RAM into their 2x slots?
