My helios 300 doesnt perform the same as other helios 300's of my friends

I have a helios 300 17" with i7-9750h and gtx 1660ti. I got it about a year ago and since then ive been comparing my laptop to other helios 300 from online videos with the same config and with some of my friends who got the helios 300 with the same config as well but the fps i get on my laptop is lower than theirs on lower settings(while theirs was on a higher setting but still got more). Many told me the issue was because i have single channel memory and it capped my performance but im not sure if the difference will be that drastic and also my games crash when i have turbo mode on which overclocks the gpu, people told me it was due to a windows 2004 issue and that it doesnt support overclocking very good. So i would like to know if these are actually the reasons for my lower performance in games. When i do stress tests on my cpu and gpu it performs the same as other helios but its in actual games that it differs.

@YogAd even the exact same hardware doesnt mean it would perform the exact same way its the silicone lottery im afraid also if you have single channel ram could be an issue you need to have 16gb minimum dual channel get a proper 2x8gb kit either hyperx or vengeance 2666 if you want the best performance and at least a 500gb ssd in case u only have a 128gb its not enough you need to have at all times 10% of the drive free or windows wont have enough virtual memory and will start to slow everything down if u want to overclock the dgpu dont use PS use msi ab but at your own risk too much will make it crash/freeze/bsod u need to know what youre doing also benchmarks and stress tests cannot be compared with gaming has nothing to do with it do not bother with benchmarking  just focus on gaming thats what matters good luck:)

i have a 256gb ssd and it still has a lot of free space. So do you think the ram might be the sole issue?
ive contacted acer support before as well but they only say above 60 fps means its fine.
