Blank screen SP513-54N-74V2

Hello,

Recently purchased from Amazon a Spin 5 SP513-54N-74V2, but suddenly screen turned black, i've tried to solve reseting but nothing works, external monitor with hdmi works fine.

Where can i purchase a screen replacement and part number for this model.

    If it's something you purchased recently, it's likely still under warranty. Just have Acer fix it for you instead of going through the hassle of doing it yourself.

    Hi AMedrano,

    Are you getting any light indication when charger is connected.

    Hi Easwar, yes led is on when charging, also second monitor works fine

    Then issue is with the screen. Try this

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds. ​
