    TheDongerKing,

Did you connected any external sound system?

    TheDongerKing,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.

The sound in the video could be interference on the power circuit. Try plugging the laptop into a different source to see if it makes any difference. You don't have any of the distortion described in that clip, so I can't tell if it's from the same source or something different. Likely it's going to turn out to be a hardware issue with that unit, so your best bet is to swap it out with another from your vendor. If you have had the laptop too long for that, then you'll want to contact Acer support for a repair.

    Hi @TheDongerKing,

    # Try to update the sound driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option sound driver.
    4. Under the title sound driver.
Realtek HD Audio Driver Manager Download For Windows 10 64-bit
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title sound driver.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.
