Im using Acer Nitro 5 ryzen 5 4600h with Radeon Graphics ™ and GTX 1650.
I reset this pc today  because of an driver issue and after the reset, all of the pre-installed apps have been automatically reinstalled except for AMD Software because there is no app/icon to click and open it. But i can see the AMD Software in the Apps and Features and Control Panel. I've track its location and found this files. I tried to click the "RadeonInstaller" and "Setup" but both don't work. Where i can get the Radeon Software thats from the OEM drivers and not from the site because that Radeon Software conflicts to my driver?

Thank you for the tips, but also my reason for resetting my laptop is the driver update because lastime i uninstall my drivers and let it download a new display driver from windows update and there i found my radeon settings being reinstall automatically but my screen flickers/blinks randomly and sometimes it will turn black so i think that the new driver update has some issues on my laptop.

Also i found that there is no display driver in the support.acer.com, all are just touchpad, Bluetooth etc.
