Hi I have an ut220hql touchstreen and I’d like to link it to a macbook pro.so I use an hdmi cable and a normal usb cable.the problem is that touch function doesn’t work.if I link it to a normal windows pc it works.anyone could help me or suggest wich cable I should use with macbook pro?

It is because of different OS.While some did use the touch bar, it never did take off with MacBook users, and Apple took it out of future designs in 2020. Since the intro of Apple's touch UI, touch screen laptops have become popular in the Windows laptop world.0 -
Thank you for your answer but my macbook it’s a 2015 model.it hasn’t the touch bar.0

And I mean that it’s not a laptop it’s only a touch screen.so it need a device linked, for exemple a laptop or a normal pc0

Check with the Mac folks to see if they have anything with better luck in recognizing a touch screen. My guess is they are only enabling for known devices.
