My laptop was intermittently disconneting from Wi-Fi for last one month, all of a sudden it is completely stopeed connecting to Wi-Fi today and I tried with LAN cable also (with an adaptor), but no luck.

I chat with technicain online, he suggested to 'Acer Recovery Mnagement Steps' - Again No luck

He asked me refrresh PC steps - Again No luck

In the mean time, technican disappeared.

I have also tried to install drivers (by copying to USB) from online, but still it shows me as WLAN as 10.0.075, instead of 10.0.0.234.

I seriously regret to buy such a sick product with pathetic support. Anyone can help here?

Thx,

    Guys,

After a lot of struggle, I manage to connect back succesfully for now... I did the below..

    1. Go to 'Acer Recovery Management' -> 'Reinstall Drivers..... ' -> Then remove all the drivers...

    2. Then downloaded new drivers from Acer site latest version 10.0.0.234 -> Instlaled them

It is working now, but the entire issue is not worth to spend this much of time.
