Hi ,I have NITRO-5 ,AN515-54 but facing issues with battery from the past few days.It automatically will start showing 0% available.Laptop would shut down and then after sometime, laptop would turn on but it would show 0% charged.
Tried everything right from :
-disabling-enabling drivers
-disconnecting and reconnecting battery
-discharging to 1% and then recharging to full
All of these when done, make things look proper but after few days ,the issue again pops-up.
I ahve tried full reset also but that also did not make much difference.
Here is the battery report attached.(html format)-   https://drive.google.com/file/d/1GJcew3ajIeWyTTJhZ1RAFbRJFKD_nGEG/view?usp=sharing
Kindly help me ,its been slightly more than a year since I bought this laptop.

    Hi Rituraj,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

Hey did you get any solution of this problem? My laptop is just one year one month old and I am facing the exact issue. Even the Acer technician couldn't pinpoint the problem.

Make yourself a Linux bootable USB and try booting up to it and see if battery is recognized properly. Ensure the problem is not with your windows installation before heading to service center.
