  • Did this issue occur after bios update? I also have the ph315-52 model with bios version 1.12 installed and this issue doesn't occur. Try resetting the battery: turn off the computer, unplug the power adapter, press the power button for thirty seconds, and leave the laptop off for thirty minutes.

Also just to add to the above reset your bios to default settings after a bios update its always advised to do so and was there any reason why you have updated the bios was it to solve any issues that you had that the bios notes stated exactly it would solve ? because if you just updated just because u wanted to you should never update the bios unless its for one of the reason i had mentioned if its not broken theres no point in trying to fix it thats how i work and my view same applies to windows updates completely disable them only update whatever you need when needed manually either way good luck  :)
