Good day, I've having some trouble with my AN515-54, an usual trouble it has is when turning on. I turn on the computer but only the keyboard lights turn on, i hear the fans for a few seconds but then they stop. Then i press and hold the power button to shut it down and turn it on again. This happens again and again, today at least took me at least 30 attempts to finally get it to properly turn on. It also has some bluescreens sometimes that say MEMORY MANAGEMENT. I'm honestly destroyed, this pc is the only way i can get to class and im tired of  the errors.

The day before yesterday i had to do a factory reset, i lost data and the errors were weird. A few months ago i sent it to acer support, had to wait a month and they did a stress test and factory reset it. But it still gives me bluescreens and errors, i beg for help, is there any way i can apply the warranty and get help? Thank you

    Hi @Wernilou
check if there is a pin 📌hole at the bottom of the unit. Put a small pin inside and press and hold the pin for 30sec.  If there is no pin hole then press the power button for 12sec. Remember to remove your charger when you do that.

The other day i had to restore it because it gave me errors again and again without giving me the chance to try again.
