Hello everyone. Last few days I’ve been receiving some problems on my Helios [PH315-52-78VL] and wanted to know if I need to take immediate action. Yesterday when I was verifying GTA V on Epic Games my computer literally switched off like a power outage for 2 minutes. It was plugged in and when I held down the power button it wouldn’t turn on. After a few minutes later it turned on and worked fine. Today I went to play Destiny 2 and my game crashed out of nowhere 5 minutes after loading it up.

Yesterday night I was playing PUBG and my game crashed once and just now it froze and I was unable to open task manager in any way possible. I had to sign out in order to get rid of it and just now my computer screen was turning off by it self. Should I be worried?

Try to uninstall and reinstall the game.

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

Just played PUBG. 5 minutes in it froze and my whole computer turned off and turned back on. Should I request a repair?
