Hello. I have had a problem with Nitro Sense for coming up a month now. A couple months ago, Nitro Sense opened, and it was working great. I had changed my Fan Speed to Auto, then closed the App.
Around a month ago, I tried to open the Nitro Sense software, but it would not open, Nothing was showing, Not even the Nitro Sense Loading screen.
I had tried Terminating the App via the settings, I tried Repairing and Reinstalling via the settings, Still nothing. I have also tried fully uninstalling and installing the updated version from the Support Page for my Acer Product, Still having the same issue. All the videos/Guides I have seen only show how to fix this for Laptop versions, and nothing for my Desktop version.
This has been very very annoying, and I just want this issue to be fixed. But the only thing is, If I HAVE to factory reset my PC, I will loose everything, I don't have any money to buy an external hard-drive, or cloud storage for all my files. If there is a way to fix this without needing a factory reset, That would be the better option for me.
P.s. I have reset my counters (cannot remember exactly what it is called) multiple times as well, That didn't fix the issue.

You could try to restore it keeping the files, and see if it helps, it will remove only the apps and settings, but keep your personal files.

Start menu - select Settings- Click Update e Security- Recovery - Restart now. (your computer will restart and boot to a blue Windows Recovery Management screen) -Click Troubleshoot-  Reset this PC- Choose the option keep my files.
