Hello guys. Can you explain me why the frequency of my CPU is so high? Is that normal? I tried to take all in one screen to show you how frequency is high. Another anomaly is that fans's speed is alwasy so fast (don't look the screen, it is always around 4000+RPM) also when I'm just using discord and/or Google...why?

What do u mean by high frequency what cpu do u have check the intel specs for it and the max turbo boost/stock clock also seems to me that you really need to read some guides about how temps/usage cpu/gpu work especially on gaming laptops im guessing this might be the first you have or at least it seems like it according to your questions also even in the last thread you had opened about PS you havent provided any info about your hardware at all we need to know the exact specs/model in order to give any advice at all as we cant guess what u have.

Also bare in mind we are not acer employees we are only here voluntarily on our own free time and just normal users just like yourself trying to help the best way we can/know this community support its user driven acer staff only mainly manages/maintains it  they will only step in in more complicated cases if needed to :)

    Oh yeah for sure.
    My specs:

CPU: Intel Core i7-8750H 2.20Ghz (Overclocked when bought to 4.1 Ghz)
    GPU: Nvidia GeForce 1060 6GB
SSD: Samsung SSD 970 EVO Plus 250 GB
    2° SDD: Samsung SSD 870 EVO 1TB
    RAM: 16GB - 2x8GB - Default
MBD: Acer Predator Helios 300 PH315-51

I dont't know why my fans are just going so fast. I'm just using Google Chrome and I recently opened Predator Sense in order to see which was fans's speed.
Can you help me? I was thinking about resetting my Windows. Maybe it could help..?

I can see you have 4% gpu usage and 11% cpu all seems normal to me also chrome is a ram eater and sometimes also cpu make sure you dont have it running on the dgpu also your cpu  cant be overclocked only HK mobile cpus can all H cant they are locked also wont probably reach the advertised turbo boost by intel because that frequency its for a single core working only so 3.9 something would probably be the max on all cores have u thought in removing that old red PS and upgrade to the new blue one check my thread here

    https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/570716/latest-predator-sense-working-on-old-h300-models/p1

also see what is using the cpu and dgpu try to optimize windows as best as youre able to (follow the guides available and check my signature for more info) im not sure if you already optimized and undervolted but if you havent please do ( as those intel hexacores run hot) and if still needed repaste it with kryonaut or similar if you can without voiding your warranty properly clean the fans and exit airflow and all the temp issues will go away lower temps less rpm also make sure you have the back lifted 2/3" for a proper airflow my temps dropped down 25+ after i have upgraded ram/ssd and repasted with kryonaut this was in 2018 when i got mine still same temps today in fact my fans completely stop for a few seconds when my temps run under 40 not the same hardware of course but you can also reach lower temps with yours :)

I've repasted my laptop yesterday because I thought it could be a dust's problem or something else, so I cleaned my laptop. What is this new blue Predator Sense?
