Okay, so I’ve looked through some answers for this but they really don’t apply to my situation with my fans. From the day I took my laptop out of the box and turned it on the fans would run on auto with nitrosense. Recently the fans don’t turn on at all and I either have to restart the laptop until they catch, or just run nitro sense on custom or max.
This didn’t really start happening until I actually started using it for gaming.

Do they not turn on automatically at any temperature?

No. They’ve alway run the moment I powered on the computer

Just now I switched it from custom to auto and they’re on. After being at work for an hour and having the computer run for 2 hours

Nope. I have to turn them on. And early when I switched it from custom to auto, eventually they stopped working on auto then as well.
