Question :
Hello, I recently been having issues with my laptop. All steam games I tried to play with either crash or has a black screen. Software like 3DsMax has issues as well with the application keeps flickering for no reason.
So far I have tried these methods to solve the issue but it doesn't work.

- Update all of my AMD and Nvidia drivers to its latest and try running my games and application again.
- DDU Uninstall both of my AMD and Nvidia drivers to rollback the update to previous version and try running my games and application again.
- Hard Resetting my laptop (Removing all of the files) and try using the default version of the AMD and Nvidia drivers to run my games and application.
- Hard Reset my laptop and updating the AMD and Nvidia drivers to the latest and try running the games and application again.

At this point, I HAVE to convince it must have been the hardware side instead of software side.
Is there another stuff on the software side I should check, or should I have my laptop sent in any Acer Care Center for hardware checkups? Thank you..

These problems could be from numerous sources, how much ram have you got in total installed on this laptop? Also check if your memory, hard drive, graphics, Wifi/BT components are not malfunctioning? Check all these module(s) to see if they are working properly and they are plugged in properly? As that could affect and give you this sort of problems.

@StevenGen my total RAM is 16GB (one slot 16GB and another slot is empty). Is there anything else I can do to check on the software side (drivers and application) before I send my laptop to repair any Acer Care Center? I did install CPU-Z to see all of those modules are installed properly and here is the results.. i wonder if there's any problem so far based on the txt file.

If its under warranty don't touch your laptop and get Acer to rectify this problem and give them all the info like you have given here.
