Th internal HDD on my Acer Predator G3-572 has bad sectors and R/W operations take hours to complete

My specs :
Model: Acer Predator Helios 300 G3-572
GPU: GTX 1050Ti
CPU: i5-7300HQ 2.5GHz turbo upto 3.5GHz

My hard disk has bad sectors and read/write operations in it takes hours to process. Everytime the laptop boots up it starts to check disk errors but that's a whole new issue and can be disabled through Regedit. I have never had any physical damage to the disk and suddenly one fine day this starts and takes forever to complete. I have ran disk checking for 3-4 times completely through CMD and during boot up too. I had tried fixing it using the chkdsk commands /f /x /r but none of them works. What to do now? Should I buy a new internal HDD or SSD or an NVMe SSD(if compatible)? Thanks in advance!

You must immediately backup all your sensitive data, bad sectors will get worst.
I can happen to HDD, without any physical damages...

I suggest to move one SSD, Personally I don't recommend NVMe for it high temperature. NVMe should be faster, but I change my for SSD and I don't see any different on speed, only that my system temperature get lower from 70 to 50...

    Hey @Batareika007

Thanks for your reply. I did get a backup although could not save all the data. Had to factory reset the pc to remove data that was present on those bad sectors.

Coming to the second part, my laptop does have a 128gigs SSD and that's all i have for "storing" data. I don't have any idea whether my laptop has like two  SSD slots where i can use both my 128gigs one and the other one which i intend to buy.
