Poor quality screen - any solution? S27F350FHU

The picture is not sharp, it is rather grey, dull looking.
Had a 27" S27F350FHU, had to return it due to a fault
The replacement has a peachy, grey look. 
Tried all the different settings, but can't get a brighter picture, like the last one.

Any suggestions?

    Hi t8769,

    Monitor self test,

    1. Power OFF the unit.
    2. Unplug all the cables.
    3. Press and hold the power button for 30 seconds.
    4. Turn ON the unit and check.​
